Our main objective is to provide capital and high caliber business and financial advice to assist our clients to achieve their operating objectives.  We provide all of the necessary business and financial expertise to assist clients to select the right financing options, whether it is bridge loans, long-term equity financing, syndicated debt or public offerings and exchange listings.

We have over 200 years of combined business, finance and consulting experience as well as the capital to invest in our client companies.  In addition, we have worked with small startup companies that are fairly new to mid-sized companies that seek to go public to raise capital.  So we are able to assist each of clients to explore all of their options while providing effective practical business advice.

The current economic environment has made it extremely difficult for companies of every size to raise capital.  Our goal is to ensure that clients receive the capital they require. Not every financing opportunity is the right one for a company.
